History:

Wythenshawe Lodge was consecrated at the Tatton Arms Hotel, Northenden, Manchester on 14th May 1898 and relocated to the Masonic Hall, Tatton Street, Sale in February 1903. It subsequently moved to the Brooklands Hotel, Sale and then to the St. Georges Parish Hall, Altrincham before returning to the Masonic Hall in Sale in September 1960. It remained there until September 2004 when it moved to Freemasons Hall, Cheshire View, Christleton.

Falling numbers and the desire to create a Lodge meeting during daylight hours prompted the move to Christleton and numbers have steadily increased since the move was completed.
